For a few months in New York, the apartment you choose will shape your working day. You might need a desk away from the bedroom, an easy trip to the office or enough kitchen space to cook after a late meeting. Start with those details when comparing World Class® and Blueground.
Both offer furnished apartments for monthly stays. World Class® is worth exploring if you want one of our Manhattan residences with utilities and Wi-Fi included in the rate. Blueground is worth exploring if you want to compare furnished homes across neighborhoods, including Manhattan and Brooklyn. The right choice depends on the available apartment, your dates and the complete quote.
World Class® publishes this guide. We reviewed the providers' published information on October 19, 2026; the comparisons below describe their stated services and help you decide what to confirm before booking.

Compare the total for your exact stay
Request quotes for the same arrival and departure dates, bedroom count and neighborhood. A price for six months in a studio will tell you little about the cost of a two-month stay in a one-bedroom apartment.
World Class® includes utilities and Wi-Fi in the monthly rate. Our FAQ lists housekeeping as an optional paid service and explains that pets and parking can involve extra charges. Ask which of those apply to your booking.
Blueground's NYC FAQ says guests may face extra charges for certain utilities, parking or pets. It also explains that the rental term affects the monthly rate. Its corporate housing FAQ describes an all-inclusive package available on request. Confirm the package and itemized total for the home you select.
Neither brand name establishes which apartment will cost less for your dates. Compare the full accommodation charge plus mandatory fees and the optional services you plan to use. Record any refundable deposit separately: it affects the cash you need before arrival, even when it does not become a final expense.
Choose the neighborhood around your daily journey
Start with the address you need to reach most often. Then check the route from each building at the time you expect to travel. Two apartments in the same neighborhood can mean different walks to the subway, and a good view may matter less once you have made that trip for several weeks.
For a Financial District stay, explore the World Class® residences at 95 Wall and 10 Hanover Square. Compare the individual homes and available dates within each building. The terrace pictured below belongs to 10 Hanover Square; it is a shared building space.

If you prefer the Lower East Side, look at The Suffolk. Keep it separate from a Financial District shortlist and check the journey from that address. Think about where you will spend evenings as well as where you will work.
Blueground's NYC listings include examples in Chelsea, Lincoln Square and Dumbo. That makes its search useful if you are still choosing between Manhattan and Brooklyn. Enter your dates before treating any listed home as an option.
Inspect what “luxury furnished” means inside the apartment
Look beyond the first photograph. Ask for the floor plan, square footage and photographs of the actual home you would book. For a work assignment, check where you can take a call while someone else uses the living room. For two people, check the seating and storage as well as the bed.
Our NYC furnished residences include furniture, kitchen equipment and linens. Blueground describes equipped kitchens, linens and workspaces on its service overview. Use those descriptions to begin a shortlist, then confirm the details that matter to you at the apartment level.
Laundry deserves a specific question: is the washer and dryer inside the apartment, in a shared laundry room or elsewhere? Do the same for a desk, elevator access and any accessibility requirement. A photograph of a lounge or gym does not show what is inside your private residence.

For shared amenities, confirm access, hours and any reservation rules with the provider. Check seasonal availability if a pool or outdoor space influences your choice. If you will arrive in winter, ask which outdoor facilities you can use then.
Plan for support and changes to your dates
An apartment tour will not tell you who handles a broken appliance. World Class® guests report maintenance through the website dashboard and contact our team for other questions. Blueground lists app, phone and email support in its corporate housing FAQ. Ask either provider how to report an urgent issue after hours.
Separate an extension from an early departure. World Class® extensions depend on availability, as our booking FAQ explains. For either provider, get the notice period, revised price and any charges in writing before relying on a change to the original reservation.
If a project could finish early, ask what you would owe in that situation before booking. If it might run late, ask whether you could remain in the same home. Ask for a worked example using your possible new departure date.
Compare the paperwork for a company booking
World Class® offers NYC corporate housing with company invoicing and purchase-order support. Blueground's business service includes corporate contracts, account managers and centralized billing. Both give employers a route to arrange housing for staff.
Send the same brief to each team: dates, number of homes, office address and budget. Add any requirement to place colleagues in one building, and ask the provider to confirm what it can offer. Have your finance team check the invoice format, payment schedule and treatment of optional services before you reserve.
Build a shortlist you can act on
For a Manhattan stay of 30 days or longer, browse World Class® residences and start with the buildings that suit your routine. Blueground is another option when you want to compare furnished homes across different NYC neighborhoods.
Choose two or three actual apartments. Request the complete price and booking terms, then compare the commute and the space you will live in. If you are also considering a conventional rental search, our StreetEasy vs. World Class® guide explains that route.
To check our availability, send World Class® your dates and preferred location. Include the address you need to reach and the features you cannot compromise on, so our team can narrow the options to homes that fit.
