Stays & booking
How long, how soon, and what happens if the dates move.
30 days. We serve temporary, medium-term, and 6+ month stays, and terms flex with the assignment rather than locking you into a lease.
Choose the home and send us the dates. We confirm availability and the rate, and the booking is held once payment or a corporate booking agreement is in place. Guests may be subject to a criminal background check as part of approval.
Same day, when inventory allows. Keyless self check-in runs from 4:00 PM, so an employee landing at midnight walks straight in without a key handoff.
Yes, subject to availability in the home you are in. Tell us as early as you can and we will hold it, or move you within the same building where that is possible.
Yes. Give us 14 days' notice and edit the booking to an earlier check-out date rather than cancelling it. Every night left unstayed after the notice period is refunded; the first 30 days of the reservation are not.
Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided check-in has not started. After 24 hours, amounts already paid are non-refundable. Canceling may stop any future scheduled charges. Qualifying refunds return to the original payment method in 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
What's included
What is already in the home when you open the door.
A designer-furnished home, utilities and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, housekeeping by our own staff, and access to the building's amenity program. No deposit and no hidden fees.
Fully. Designer furniture in a neutral palette, chosen to hold its finish into a third year, with art, lighting and styling in every room. Our own team draws the layout and furnishes the rooms, so the homes read the same city to city.
A full kitchen equipped down to the cookware: full-size appliances, a dishwasher, plates, glassware and utensils for a full table, and coffee making at the counter.
No. Hotel-grade linens and towels are laundered and replaced by our staff, and fresh towels are stacked for every arrival. Bath essentials are stocked before you get there.
An in-unit washer and dryer, where the home has one — the listing says which. Laundry does not leave the home.
Yes, and it is carried out by our own staff trained on our specification rather than by a contracted service. The home is cleaned and checked against the photographs it was booked from before the key is released.
Both, in the monthly rate. High-speed Wi-Fi in every home, a dedicated place to sit and work, and a smart TV in the living room.
The homes & buildings
What Class-A means here, and what comes with the address.
A Class-A accommodation is the whole home held to one standard: designer-furnished, a fully stocked kitchen, premium linens, in-unit laundry and fast Wi-Fi — inside a Class A building. Class A is the top grade in commercial real estate: newest construction, premium finishes, the best locations in a market, full amenity programs and professional on-site management. Your real estate team already uses the classification when leasing office space. Together they convert a subjective claim about luxury into something a procurement team can actually evaluate.
Yes. Every one of our homes is furnished and equipped to the same specification and sits inside a Class A building in a prestigious location. That is the filter the portfolio is built on — nothing enters it that doesn't clear the standard.
The building's amenity program comes with the home — the fitness floor, the work lounges and the outdoor space, and the pool where there is one. Every building has an attended lobby and secure resident access.
Yes. Every home is professionally cleaned and then inspected against the listing photographs before the key is released. Anything worn, chipped or missing is replaced on sight rather than left for a guest to find.
Layouts vary by building and city. Bed count, bathroom count and square footage are published on every listing, so the home you book is the home you saw.
Parking is arranged at the building. What is available, and at what cost, varies building to building — the listing and your booking confirmation say which applies to yours.
Arrival & your stay
Getting in, and who to reach once you are.
Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Keyless self check-in. There is no physical key and no handoff to coordinate, so a flight that lands at midnight is not a problem — you go straight to the home.
Usually not. The window between guests is what lets our team clean the home and check it against its photographs, so we hold it rather than trade it.
Report it through the dashboard on our website and we will address it as soon as possible. Please don't arrange repairs yourself or bring in an outside contractor without our written permission.
Our own team, not a call centre and not a building manager. Maintenance goes through the dashboard; anything else reaches us through the contact page.
Small gatherings with friends and family are welcome, as long as noise levels do not disturb the neighbours. Events are not permitted in our homes.
Cities & availability
Where we operate, and what happens when we don't.
14 U.S. cities, including Irvine, Orlando, Chicago, New York City, Los Angeles, San Diego, Miami, Las Vegas, Denver, Philadelphia, Seattle, and San Jose. If we don't serve a market, we'll tell you on the first call rather than source you something we've never walked through.
Tell us anyway. We would rather say so plainly than place you somewhere we have never walked through, and you can register the market with us so we can let you know when we open there.
Often, yes. Our density in our largest markets means we can frequently place an entire team in the same Class A building or neighborhood, on one consolidated invoice, with no volume minimum.
Both. The homes and the standard are the same whether the booking comes from a company account or from you directly — only the billing differs.
Pricing, payment & billing
What it costs, when it is due, and how a company is invoiced.
Published one-bedroom rates run from $3,600 to $5,000 a month, depending on the city and the building. Rates are monthly, per home — not nightly — and utilities and Wi-Fi are already in them.
Neither. There is no traditional lease and no security deposit — just a corporate booking agreement. No hidden fees.
For an individual booking, in full at the time of booking — the reservation is secured once it clears. Company accounts are invoiced instead of paying up front.
Direct corporate invoicing, consolidated across units and cities, so a team spread over several homes arrives on one invoice. Standard terms are Net 30, PO supported.
Give us 14 days' notice. Every night left unstayed after the notice period is refunded, though the first 30 days of the reservation are non-refundable either way.
No hidden ones. Utilities, Wi-Fi and housekeeping are in the rate. The only charges beyond it are ones you choose: the pet deposit and cleaning fee if you bring a pet, and anything arranged at the building, such as parking.
Policies
Pets, smoking, gatherings and approval.
In designated pet-friendly units only, so confirm with our team before booking. Given the furniture and linens in our homes we advise against bringing pets; if you do, a $500 pet deposit and a one-time $200 pet cleaning fee apply, along with any additional cleaning or linen replacement needed for pet hair. Up to 2 pets per unit with a combined weight under 30 lbs, current vaccinations and registration on file, leashed or contained in the home, and not in common areas.
No. In compliance with our local community, neighbors and building partners, smoking is strictly prohibited within World Class properties.
Events are not allowed in our homes. Small gatherings with friends and family are fine, provided noise levels do not disturb the neighbours.
Guests may be subject to a criminal background check. Failing to comply with it, or to meet its requirements, may result in the booking being cancelled.
The rental policies page carries them in full — check-in and check-out, pets, smoking, events, approval, self check-in, cancellation, payment and maintenance.
For companies
Procurement, mobility teams and group housing.
Corporate housing is a fully furnished apartment rented by the month rather than the night, usually for stays of 30 days or longer. Against a hotel, you get a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, separate living and sleeping space, and a lower cost per night at that length. Against a short-term rental, you get a professionally managed home in a Class A building, corporate invoicing, a named account contact, and an operator who has walked through the unit.
Business travel, relocation and global mobility, healthcare staffing, insurance housing, and project or group teams. The home is the same in every case; the paperwork around it is what changes.
None. One home or a whole team, consolidated onto a single invoice either way.
Send the city, the dates and the number of people through the corporate housing page. A quote comes back within 24 hours, with a named contact on the account from that point on.
