Every residence in Jersey City, held to one standard
We furnish and maintain each one ourselves rather than listing whatever a landlord already owns. That is the whole difference: you are choosing an address, not gambling on an interior.
- Designer furniture
- Furnished by our own design team to one specification — the same in Irvine as in Manhattan.
- A kitchen you can cook in
- Equipped down to the cookware. Dinner at home on a Tuesday, not another restaurant bill.
- Hotel-grade linens
- Linens and towels laundered and replaced by our own housekeeping staff.
- Wi-Fi and utilities
- High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV, with utilities inside the monthly rate.
- Laundry in the residence
- A washer and dryer inside most residences. No coins, no basement, no per-item charge.
- Parking arranged
- Sorted at the building before you arrive, where the building offers it.
The building comes with it
A World Class residence sits inside a building chosen for what it puts downstairs. Every address we hold in Jersey City has a pool and a gym; most add a clubhouse with rooms you can take a call in.
Living in Jersey City
Jersey City spent the last two decades becoming a city rather than a commute. The waterfront at Exchange Place — the stretch people used to call Wall Street West — now has more residential towers than office ones, and the neighbourhoods behind it have the restaurants, the bars and the density that follow. Our residences sit in both halves: Vantage Collection on the water, Modera Lofts in the historic downtown.
The PATH train is the spine. Exchange Place to the World Trade Center takes about six minutes under the river, and Grove Street runs to midtown at 33rd Street. The ferry crosses to Brookfield Place in roughly ten. For most Manhattan offices this is a shorter door-to-door trip than living in upper Manhattan or much of Brooklyn.
Downtown Jersey City — the blocks around Grove Street and Hamilton Park — is low-rise, walkable and full: Newark Avenue's restaurant row, the Powerhouse Arts District's converted warehouses, and a farmers' market at Grove. Liberty State Park sits at the southern end with the Statue of Liberty directly offshore, which is a view this side of the river owns.
For a month or more, the appeal is the same one that moved thirty thousand people here: Manhattan access at a rate and a square footage Manhattan does not offer, in a place that is now worth being in on a Saturday.
Where things are
- Exchange Place
- The waterfront financial district, the PATH station and the ferry terminal, with the Manhattan skyline directly opposite.
- Downtown and Grove Street
- Newark Avenue's restaurant row, Hamilton Park and the low-rise blocks that hold most of the city's dining.
- The Powerhouse Arts District
- Converted warehouses between the waterfront and downtown, where Modera Lofts sits.
- Liberty State Park
- The southern waterfront, with the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island directly offshore.
- Journal Square
- The older civic centre inland, and the PATH's other Manhattan line.
Staying in Jersey City
Thirty nights. Every residence is taken by the month rather than the night.
