Every residence in Los Angeles, held to one standard
We furnish and maintain each one ourselves rather than listing whatever a landlord already owns. That is the whole difference: you are choosing an address, not gambling on an interior.
- Designer furniture
- Furnished by our own design team to one specification — the same in Irvine as in Manhattan.
- A kitchen you can cook in
- Equipped down to the cookware. Dinner at home on a Tuesday, not another restaurant bill.
- Hotel-grade linens
- Linens and towels laundered and replaced by our own housekeeping staff.
- Wi-Fi and utilities
- High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV, with utilities inside the monthly rate.
- Laundry in the residence
- A washer and dryer inside most residences. No coins, no basement, no per-item charge.
- Parking arranged
- Sorted at the building before you arrive, where the building offers it.
The building comes with it
A World Class residence sits inside a building chosen for what it puts downstairs. Every address we hold in Los Angeles has a pool and a gym; most add a clubhouse with rooms you can take a call in.

Living in Los Angeles
Our residences are at Verdosa in Downtown Los Angeles, which is a deliberate choice in a city famous for not having a centre. Downtown is the one part of LA where a car is optional rather than assumed: the Metro's rail lines converge here, Union Station sits at the north end, and the walk between an apartment, an office and dinner is a walk rather than a drive.
The district has changed twice over. The Financial District towers along Figueroa still fill on weekdays, but the blocks around them now hold the Broad and MOCA, Grand Central Market, Frank Gehry's Disney Hall and the Arts District's converted warehouses east of Alameda. Crypto.com Arena and LA Live sit at the southern edge, which is where most of the city's concerts and playoff games end up.
What Downtown gives a long stay is reach. The 10 and the 110 meet here, so Santa Monica is a drive west and Pasadena a drive north; the Metro E line runs to the beach without a car at all. Hollywood, Silver Lake and Koreatown are each fifteen minutes off-peak, and LAX is a straight run down the 110.
The climate does most of the persuading. Between the reliable sun and a building with a roof deck and a pool, an apartment here spends a good part of the year with the doors open — the version of California people move for rather than the one they visit.
For a month or a season, Downtown is the practical base in a city that punishes bad geography. Everywhere else in LA, where you sleep decides how much of your day you spend on a freeway.
Where things are
- The Financial District
- The tower core along Figueroa and Flower, and where our building sits — offices, hotels and the Metro lines underneath.
- The Arts District
- Converted warehouses east of Alameda, now the city's densest run of restaurants, roasters and galleries.
- Bunker Hill
- Disney Hall, the Broad and MOCA on the hill above Grand Central Market, a few blocks north.
- LA Live and South Park
- Crypto.com Arena, the convention centre and the concert halls at the southern end of Downtown.
- Beyond Downtown
- The 10 and the 110 meet here — Santa Monica west, Pasadena north, and the Metro E line to the beach without a car.
Staying in Los Angeles
Thirty nights. Every residence is taken by the month rather than by the night, which keeps the rate flat and the apartment properly equipped rather than turned over like a hotel room.
Designer furniture throughout, a kitchen equipped down to the cookware, linens and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV and in-unit laundry. Utilities are inside the monthly rate.
At Verdosa in Downtown, in the Financial District along Figueroa. It is the one part of the city where the Metro rail lines converge and where an apartment, an office and dinner can be a walk rather than a drive.
Less than anywhere else in Los Angeles. Downtown is the convergence point for the Metro rail network and Union Station, and the E line runs to Santa Monica without a car at all. Parking is arranged at the building where you do want one.
Neither. You book the dates you need and extend if your plans move — no twelve-month California lease, no deposit and no broker in between.
