Every residence in New York, held to one standard
We furnish and maintain each one ourselves rather than listing whatever a landlord already owns. That is the whole difference: you are choosing an address, not gambling on an interior.
- Designer furniture
- Furnished by our own design team to one specification — the same in Irvine as in Manhattan.
- A kitchen you can cook in
- Equipped down to the cookware. Dinner at home on a Tuesday, not another restaurant bill.
- Hotel-grade linens
- Linens and towels laundered and replaced by our own housekeeping staff.
- Wi-Fi and utilities
- High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV, with utilities inside the monthly rate.
- Laundry in the residence
- A washer and dryer inside most residences. No coins, no basement, no per-item charge.
- Parking arranged
- Sorted at the building before you arrive, where the building offers it.
The building comes with it
A World Class residence sits inside a building chosen for what it puts downstairs. Every address we hold in New York has a pool and a gym; most add a clubhouse with rooms you can take a call in.

Living in New York
The New York everyone means is bigger than Manhattan, and for a stay of a month or more that is the useful fact. Our residences sit on both sides of the Hudson — Hudson Landing and The Suffolk on Manhattan's West Side, Vantage Collection in Jersey City, Estuary and Hamilton Cove in Weehawken — which between them cover the harbour as a single market.
The crossings are what make it one market. The PATH runs Exchange Place to the World Trade Center in about six minutes and Grove Street to 33rd Street directly; the NY Waterway ferry crosses from Weehawken to Midtown West in about eight. Several of those trips are shorter than a commute within Manhattan itself.
What the New Jersey side buys is square footage and a view back at the skyline; what Manhattan buys is being in it. The West Side blocks between Hudson Yards and the river are the newest stock on the island, with the High Line, Hudson River Park and Chelsea's galleries at the door. Jersey City's downtown has become a restaurant district in its own right, and Weehawken has the water and the quiet.
For a month or a season, choosing between them is mostly a question of whether you would rather look at the skyline or stand in it — and the ferry makes either a short trip from the other.
Where things are
- Manhattan's West Side
- Hudson Yards to the river — the newest stock on the island, with the High Line and Hudson River Park at the door.
- Jersey City waterfront
- Exchange Place and the PATH, six minutes under the river to the World Trade Center.
- Weehawken and Port Imperial
- The bluff opposite midtown, with the ferry crossing in about eight minutes.
- Midtown
- The office core — a walk from the West Side, a ferry from Weehawken, a PATH ride from Grove Street.
- The Financial District
- Downtown desks, reachable from either side of the harbour in under fifteen minutes.
Staying in New York
Thirty nights, on either side of the river. Residences are taken by the month rather than the night.
Designer furniture, a full kitchen, linens and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV and in-unit laundry, with utilities inside the monthly rate.
Both sides of the harbour: Manhattan's West Side at Hudson Landing and The Suffolk, Jersey City at Vantage Collection, and Weehawken at Estuary and Hamilton Cove.
Space and rate. The same monthly budget buys a materially larger residence, and the PATH and ferry crossings are shorter than plenty of commutes within Manhattan.
None of the three. A conventional New York rental needs a broker, a guarantor and twelve months; you book the dates you need and extend if your plans move.
