Every residence in Orlando, held to one standard
We furnish and maintain each one ourselves rather than listing whatever a landlord already owns. That is the whole difference: you are choosing an address, not gambling on an interior.
- Designer furniture
- Furnished by our own design team to one specification — the same in Irvine as in Manhattan.
- A kitchen you can cook in
- Equipped down to the cookware. Dinner at home on a Tuesday, not another restaurant bill.
- Hotel-grade linens
- Linens and towels laundered and replaced by our own housekeeping staff.
- Wi-Fi and utilities
- High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV, with utilities inside the monthly rate.
- Laundry in the residence
- A washer and dryer inside most residences. No coins, no basement, no per-item charge.
- Parking arranged
- Sorted at the building before you arrive, where the building offers it.
The building comes with it
A World Class residence sits inside a building chosen for what it puts downstairs. Every address we hold in Orlando has a pool and a gym; most add a clubhouse with rooms you can take a call in.
Living in Orlando
Orlando is two cities that happen to share an airport. There is the one built for visitors — the resort corridor along International Drive and the parks south of it — and there is the one people actually live in, a downtown of lakes and brick streets about twenty minutes north. Our residences are in the second one, at The Julian and Modera Creative Village.
Downtown is organised around Lake Eola, which is a genuine park rather than a water feature: a mile-long loop, a farmers' market on Sundays, swans, and the skyline behind it. Thornton Park sits on its eastern edge with the restaurants, Mills 50 north of that is the city's Vietnamese district and its best food, and Creative Village to the west now holds UCF and Valencia's downtown campuses.
The practical case is that everything is close. The parks are half an hour south on I-4, the airport is twenty minutes east, and the Space Coast beaches are an hour on the 528. SunRail runs commuter trains north to Winter Park and south through the medical corridor at Lake Nona, which is where most of the region's health and life-sciences work now sits.
The weather runs warm and wet from June to September and close to perfect from October to May. For a stay of a month or more that inverts the usual holiday logic: the shoulder seasons are the good ones, and a building with a pool matters most in the months when nobody visits.
Where things are
- Lake Eola and Thornton Park
- The park at the centre of downtown and the restaurant blocks on its eastern edge.
- Creative Village
- UCF and Valencia's downtown campuses, west of the core, with the tech and simulation firms around them.
- Mills 50
- The city's Vietnamese district north of downtown, and the best eating in the metro.
- Winter Park
- Twenty minutes north on SunRail — Park Avenue, the Morse museum and the older money.
- Lake Nona
- The medical city south-east of downtown, and the region's life-sciences employers.
Staying in Orlando
Thirty nights. Residences here are taken by the month rather than the night, which keeps the rate flat through a market whose nightly prices swing with the convention calendar.
Designer furniture, a kitchen equipped down to the cookware, linens and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV and in-unit laundry, with utilities inside the monthly rate.
Downtown, at The Julian and Modera Creative Village — around Lake Eola and the university campuses, about twenty minutes north of the resort corridor and the parks.
Roughly half an hour south on I-4, which is close enough for a weekend and far enough that you are not living inside the traffic.
Neither. You book the dates you need and extend if your plans move — no twelve-month commitment and no deposit to reclaim.
